Biography

Welcome to the academic page of Wensheng Cheng.

I am currently a fifth year (2025) Computer Science Ph.D. student in the Department of Computer Science in Stony Brook University. I am supervised by Prof. Haibin Ling, and co-supervised by Prof. Yingtian Pan. I received Master degree, advised by Prof. Wen Yang, and Bachelor degree both from the School of Electronic Information in Wuhan University of China, in 2020 and 2017, respectively.

My research interests including video understanding, medical image analysis, and generative models. I have been working on multi-object tracking and segmentation. I am also interested in medical image analysis, especially in the field of vascular structure analysis and blood flow estimation. I have been working on generative models, specifically diffusion models for medical image synthesis.
